IP RANGE - A text that specifies the range of IP addresses that will be monitored for hardware changes. You can monitor up to 20 IP addresses.
 
PORT - The TCP/IP port number that will be monitored for changes. This option is optional.
 
DEST - The email address that will receive the email alerts when any change is detected.
 
SMTP SERVER - The SMTP Server that will be used to send the email alerts.
 
MONITORING TYPE - This allows you to select among the different monitoring types that are included with this program:
 
• Network Cards (SNMP) - You can specify the IP address that will be used to monitor for any changes in network cards.
 
• NIC Driver - The program will monitor the NIC driver for any hardware changes.
 
• Modules - You can specify the name of any of the network modules that will be monitored for hardware changes.
 
• Modules (Not Possible) - The NIC driver module is not included with this program, and there is no way to monitor for changes in the modules.

In the following example, we are monitoring IP address 1.2.3.4 for any changes.

If you change any of the monitor options, the program will ask you to save any changes before proceeding.

The NetWatch Monitor Interface
 
This is the main interface of the application. You must have the NetWatch Monitor Interface window opened in order to perform any monitoring action.
